Description: Hand coiled Snake Seed Jar with traditional designs painted around it and a 3 dimensional snake on the side by Acoma Pueblo potter Elizabeth Waconda!! It also has traditonal Acoma bird motif's painted around it. Elizabeth was the daughter of Helice Vallo and the sister of Eva Histia. She was also the Aunt of Hilda Antonio, Ida Ortiz & Rose Toribio. Her pottery is not easy to find. This is a really nice piece! This is an older piece and has a nice patina to it. Purchased from a local estate sale.
