There sre flower vines with 2 birds sitting in the branches around the perimeter! These are all sgraffito etched into the pottery! It also has a fluted rim! Wow! Bernice uses all natural pigments for her paints and gathers her clay twice a year from Pueblo land. She specializes in traditional and contemporary pottery. She is a self taught artist. She is the mother of Dusty Naranjo who is also a noted potter and her grandson is Jonathan Naranjo who is also an award winning potter! Signed with her hallmark.
