Description: Traditional Hopi hand coiled Parrot Jar fired outdoors by Bobby Silas. It has a some really cool designs around the perimeter. It's a really beautiful piece! He uses all natural materials for his paints and fires his pottery with lignite coal instead of manure. He specializes in creating Sikyatki revival pottery. His work is very high quality. It is signed on the bottom with a Coyote Paw print (Coyote Clan) and his last name. This piece was acquired from a private collector.
