Description: A very nice hand coiled pine pitch Wedding Vase by Navajo (Dine') artist Elizabeth Manygoats. It has a three dimensional Horned Lizard on each side and a corn stalk on the others! Elizabeth is one of 10 children of Navajo folk artist & potter Betty Manygoats. She hand coils, carves, paint and then cover her pieces with pine pitch and fires outdoors the traditional way. This pieces has some nice fire clouds which are highly desirable in Navajo pine pitch pottery!
