Description: Traditional Hopi hand coiled Roadrunner Jar by Debbie Clashin. It has 2 Roadrunners in the night. The side designs are prayers during Kiva time, Darkness, Sunset and the Morning. The bottom represents Hopi pathways. The orange blush on this piece is just amazing! Debbie is the daughter of Lorena & Morris Clashin Sr. She was taught by her late cousin Dianna Tahbo and then by Mark Tahbo. She signs "Debbie Clashin" with a Pipe hallmark below to represent her Tobacco Clan. Debbie uses all natural vegetal & mineral paints and fires her pottery outdoors. She has steadily become very much in demand and her work is highly collectible.
