Description: Traditional hand coiled "Bird Dish" pottery from Taos Pueblo by T. Mirabal (Most likely Tony). This piece is really cool! It appears to be hand coiled with horsehair burnt into it and fired outdoors. The head appears to have been broken off at some point and glued back on with a wrap around it to hide the break. It's possible this was done by the artist. From our personal collection.
