Description: Traditional Hopi hand coiled Jar by Venora Silas. It has traditional Hopi design painted around the perimeter. Venora is the daughter of Roberta Silas who taught her how to make pottery. This piece was fired in a kiln. She is the sister of Antoinette Honie & Jofern Puffer and has 3 other sisters and 2 brothers all of which are potters. There are no cracks or chips or repairs. This is the same piece she is holding in the last photo!
