Description: Hand Coiled Square Mouth Jar by noted potter Juanita Fragua of Jemez Pueblo! It has traditional designs painted around the perimeter! The square mouth represents the four seasons and the four directions. Juanita was one of the potters responsible for the renaissance of Jemez pottery. (Along with Mary Small). She is 87 years old now and still producing! She is the mother of Glendora Fragua, Cliff Fragua & B. J. Fragua.
